When will I be charged for a service?

Your card will be charged at the time of booking, similar to booking an airline reservation.

The Caregiver has 3 days to accept your booking. If your booking is accepted, U&Pet holds the funds and releases payment to the Caregiver 2 days after your service is complete.

If the booking is not accepted, funds are immediately returned to your account.
